Ich hab es bisher nur anlesen k\u00f6nnen, aber es scheint durchaus interessant zu sein. Und das aus mehreren Gr\u00fcnden!<\/p>\n<p>Zum Einen erinnert mich die Arbeit von Ross Samson stark an Bindings &#8222;Deutsche K\u00f6nigspfalzen&#8220; und wie auch dort sind einige Sachen inzwischen \u00fcberholt, aber was ist schon best\u00e4ndig.<br \/>\nAch ja, best\u00e4ndig, da w\u00e4ren wir schon beim Zweiten Punkt.<br \/>\nDer \u00a0Schotte Ross Samson beginnt seine Doktorarbeit mit den Worten &#8222;I would like to thank the SED for not only providing my studentship, but also\u00a0money for fieldwork and to attend conferences, always without demur&#8220; . Inzwischen hat Samson die Historiker- Arbeit an den Nagel geh\u00e4ngt und betreibt in Glasgow eine Schreinerei die auf Art Deco spezialisiert ist und beschreibt sich selbst als &#8222;probably the only communist carpenter in Glasgow with a doctorate&#8220;.
