In meinem Urlaub bekam ich einige sch\u00f6ne Links zu PDFs zugeschickt. \u00a0leider war ich dann doch zu besch\u00e4ftigt um diese zu Posten. Das werde ich aber nach und nach nachholen.<\/p>\n

Das Erste tr\u00e4gt den Titel „About the Sword of the Huns and the „Urepos“ of the Steppes“ und stammt von Helmut Nickel \u00a0vom Metropolitan Museum of Art. Bevor ich aber jetzt verlinke wollte ich dazu einmal einen kleinen Gedankengang schreiben.<\/p>\n

Auf S. 134 sind mehrere Versionen von Schwert\/S\u00e4bel Geh\u00e4ngen zu sehen. Obwohl es recht weit hergeholt scheint musste ich an das karolingische Wehrgeh\u00e4nge, f\u00fcr das ich immer noch nicht die perfekte L\u00f6sung habe, denken.
\nIch frage mich n\u00e4mlich in wie weit das karolingische Wehrgeh\u00e4nge von Au\u00dfen beeinflusst sein kann (nicht \u00fcbernommen!). Den ber\u00fchmt ber\u00fcchtigten Kleeblattverteiler haben wir als solchen nur bei den Karolingern und als Geschenke bei ihren Nachbarn in der Funktion als Teil des Wehrgeh\u00e4nges. Die Nordm\u00e4nner machten sp\u00e4ter Schmuck daraus.
\nDer Kleeblattverteiler tritt recht pl\u00f6tzlich auf. Fragestellung: Wurde er vielleicht von au\u00dfen beinflusst?
\nWahrscheinlich gab es diese Beinflussung von au\u00dfen schon einmal. Im capitulare de villis werden die K\u00f6nigsh\u00f6fe dazu verdonnert in den bereitstehen Karren f\u00fcr Kriegsz\u00fcge B\u00f6gen mit zu f\u00fchren. Nun sind B\u00f6gen nichts au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliches. Nur von den Franken ist bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt der Bogen nicht als Waffe in Erscheinung getreten. Man geht daher davon aus das die Nutzung des Bogens als Waffe auf die K\u00e4mpfe gegen die Awaren zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren ist, die den Bogen nutzten. Nur so\u00b4n Gedanke…<\/p>\n
